On the menu: an all-you-can-eat buffet, a dish, a Freixenet Ice cup and unlimited drinks. All 100% fresh and homemade.

Here, the brunch takes place in two stages with a buffet at discretion and a table service for the dish and the cup of Freixenet Ice. The benevolent staff comes regularly to inquire that everything goes as desired. At the end of the meal, do not hesitate to ask the waiters to visit the Ice Kube Bar. With its -18 ° C and its ice decor, this unique attraction in Paris is really worth a look. What to finish his brunch on an original note!
DECO & AMBIANCE
Once the metal gate of the Kube Hotel has passed, the visitor enters a pretty courtyard. At the back of the restaurant, La Table du Kube invites you to spend a pleasant time in black fur armchairs: you hate or you love it. Only downside: the general atmosphere of the place that lacks a bit of warmth with dominant black tones. As for the neighborhood, stuck between the rails of the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, it does not encourage the walk. Do not hesitate to take the metro to La Chapelle to push a little further.
PLATE & QUALITY-PRICE RATIO
The only formula at 40 € offers access to a beautiful buffet where viennoiseries, pancakes – to add maple syrup, sweet / salty cakes, PDO cheeses, cold meats, fresh fruits of season as well as a beautiful ribambelle of desserts. Most? Hot and cold drinks (Alain Milliat juice) at will. At that price, it was at least that.
Our regrets? A lack of originality on the entries of the buffet and the absence of a 3rd choice for the selection of the dish served at the table. The day we came from delicious marinated hulls -tapas extracted from the menu of the restaurant elaborated by the chef Anaïs Teynié- were proposed as well as eggs to the dish a little too simple for our taste. In summary: either you love the tapas of the day and it’s banco. Otherwise, you will have to iron again to test another tapas, another day, and content yourself with the recipe for the egg.
